Teresa Lynn Clymer, daughter of Arvid “Bo” & Judy (Townsend) Clymer, was born May 5, 1970, at Maquoketa, Iowa. The Clymer family made Tingley their home and Terri attended and graduated from Mount Ayr High School with the class of 1988.
Terri was a loving mother to Wesley and Skylar. Her boys were the center of her life. She was always working to make their home the best that she could. She loved decorating and wasn’t afraid to paint walls & fixing things up. Terri enjoyed making crafts and jewelry. She loved 80’s rock and although she loved her “girly” things, she loved to take the boys fishing and go to hockey games. At her orneriest, she enjoyed playing pranks and would embarrass the boys in front of people: pinching their cheeks and giving them kisses on the cheeks. Terri had an infectious laugh and could make everyone smile. Terri enjoyed movies and spending as much time as possible with her nieces and nephews, and friends. Terri was always the “mother-hen” and glue that held the family together.
Terri passed away on June 1, 2021 with her family by her side. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Melissa Clymer on May 31, 2001, and great nephew Cristian Clymer.
