Guestbook

We were saddened to hear of the passing of Willie. We have been friends for many years and will miss seeing him. Many times when we would stop at HyVee in Johnston he would be there picking up something or catching a bite to eat and it was alway fun to see and visit with him. We will miss running into him as it was always a good thing.
Our best wishes to you and your family at this sad time.

Pat I grew up with Willie. He was friends with Eldon Strange and I was friends with Nancy so we seen a lot of each other. Later I met you when we were both doing the Boone craft shows. Willie was a wonderful friend to me. Take care of yourself Pat.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of good ol'' Willie. I spent many years working with him at Vets Auditorium, and learned a lot from him. I had the pleasure of riding a few days of RAGBRAI with him over the years as well. Unfortunatly, I lost track of him after we both left Vets. He was a good friend, a talented coworker, and a great man. You will be missed.

I first met Willie and Pat as neighbors at a GNR rally. They were delightful friends and we enjoyed seeing them many times at later Winnebago events. Willie had such a great and cheerful personality and I feel lucky to have known him.
