We were in Wisconsin for the hot summer when Gene passed away, and just finally visited Martha today and found out the sad news. He was our neighbor when we lived at Sunland Village East, and was a thoughtful friend who would pick up our paper for us when we were out of town. He was a wise man, and so interesting to talk with. We will think of him often, and miss him very much

We were so saddened to hear of Gene's death. We will miss our patio visits with him and the friendly wave and smile he shared with everyone. Gene was a kind, considerate person and we were so lucky to call him our friend and neighbor. Much sympathy to Martha and family. May he rest in peace. Darrell & Teresa #501
