Dwayne Clark

Dwayne Allen Clark, son of Leonard H. & Patricia Louise (Brady) Clark, was born at Lutheran Hospital, Des Moines, Iowa, on October 6, 1963. Dwayne grew up in Des Moines and moved with his family to Missouri. He then moved to Washington State. Dwayne became the father of four kids: James, Christina, Ashley, and Nicole. Dwayne eventually moved to Mount Ayr where he lived the remainder of his life. Dwayne spent his later years as a driver for the Amish community.

Dwayne was not able to be a part of his children's life as they were growing up. He searched for them and had recently been re-united with them. Family was important to Dwayne and he loved to spend time with everyone. Dwayne would enjoy it even more if their cooking was involved as he appreciated and enjoyed eating. Dwayne had a kind heart and he showed that to his family, friends, and animals. He enjoyed the outdoors and finding the next adventure in life. Dwayne will be forever remembered for his kind heart; compassionate personality; and all who knew him definitely loved him.

Dwayne passed away on July 22, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ray Kirkman.

Those left to cherish his memory include his four children, James Bleer, Christina Timchuck, Ashley Timchuck, Nicole Parker; several grandchildren; siblings Peggy Johnson of Des Moines, IA, Sharon (Mack) McDonald of Des Moines, IA, Leonard Clark of Mount Ayr, IA, and Douglas (Jennifer) Clark of Mount Ayr, IA; fiancé Susan Joynes of Mount Ayr, IA; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

This makes me so sad. Dwayne was such a great guy. I really enjoyed him as a neighbor when he lived on W. Monroe St. He always spoke when he seen me and had a smile on his face. He will be deeply missed.
