Dennis Dee Worthington passed away February 21, 2017 at the Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines. Burial will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery in Maloy, Iowa. Dennis was born on February 6, 1953 in Maloy, Iowa to James Francis Worthington and Ruby Irene (Lynch) Worthington.
Left to cherish his passing are his siblings, Bob (Arlene) Worthington, Debby Worthington, Jimmy (Connie) Worthington, and Delbert (companion Julia) Worthington; extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Ruby Worthington; siblings, Helen Worthington, Judy Worthington, John Worthington, Laverne Worthington, Galen Worthington and Ed Worthington.

Our thoughts and prayers to the Worthington family. Although it has been many years--we remember Jim and Ruby well, where they lived and their family.
